Video Creator | Soul Shine Creative studio
Micah Davis is a videographer and proud father of two boys in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He experienced immense growth as a parent while co-creating the videos and website featured in The Power of Connection. He thinks about the project during morning snuggles with his sons and is reminded about how hugely important he is in their perception of the world, and this motivates him to be even more present and loving. He is thrilled to share this insight with his fellow Wisconsin fathers.
Micah, his wife Genevieve, and their son Isaiah are featured in all three of the videos in The Power of Connection (his youngest son, Luka was born in April 2022 after filming was completed). He enjoyed connecting with children while working in childcare and public schools before launching his video production business, Soul Shine Creative Studio (@soushinecs) in 2018. He has collaborated with Steve Betchkal on their “Story Time with Steve & Micah” (@storytimecv) series since 2019, and in addition to earning a Midwest Emmy nomination for The Power of Connection, together they won a Midwest Emmy in 2022.
